Apparently Russian leader Vladimir Putin isn’t the only immortal being living among us today. Because the photo you see below, shared on Reddit of the great-great-grandfather of a guy named Sanders sure looks like Mr. Alright-Alright-Alright.
Now for the side-by-side to really blow your mind…
Of course, Redditors being the witty bunch that they are were quick to break out McConaughey quotes that are spot-on appropriate for this weird phenomenon.
That’s a reference to McConaughey’s classic quote in Dazed and Confused, “That’s what I love about people in old photographs, man. I get older, they stay the same age.”
That would be a reference to what McConaughey said on True Detective.
This next one was the best comment of the bunch, however…
Nailed it.
Now the only question we have about Sanders’ great-great-grandfather is whether he could do a mean McConaughey impression? Because if so then we’d have definitive proof that time travel is real.
