Atlanta Braves Introduce The ‘Burgerizza’ — A Gut Busting Cheese Burger Served Between Two Pepperoni Pizzas

The entire baseball world is glued to their TV sets right now watching the Tampa Bay Rays play ball down in Cuba, the first MLB team to do so in decades. While this is going on the Atlanta Braves figured now would be a great time to steal a little bit of the limelight.

The Atlanta Braves are a team whose upcoming season can only be categorized as a ‘rebuilding year’ at best, so they’re making the most of what they got by announcing the completely asinine food concoctions they’ll be selling at Turner Field this 2016 MLB season.

Most notable among the completely WTF food offerings at Atlanta’s Turner Field this season is the ‘Burgerizza’, a gut-busting cheese burger that will be served between two personal pan pepperoni pizzas.

Now I have a pretty ironclad stomach when it comes to greasy foods, but I’m not convinced that even I could handle this without having to spray paint the dugout afterward, if you know what I mean.

Seriously, who needs that much cheese and grease during a baseball game when you’ve got nothing but middle aged dudes pissing all over the toilet seats in the bathrooms between innings?

Unless you’re sitting in a box at Turner Field I highly suggest avoiding the ‘Burgerizza’ at all costs.

Here’s a closer look at a few of the other items:

Again, be VERY wary of the Burgerizza, even if it looks like the most delicious creation in decades.
