So are the Hatha-haters still out there? Because Anne Hatahaway thinks that there used to be so many, especially after the Oscars, that even she thought that we all needed her to go away for awhile. Unfortunately, if you are a Hatha-hater she’s back with a new film she promoted this week at Sundance called Song One, which she also produced with her husband Adam Shulman. (Because of course she did.)
Said Hathaway in a recent interview with Huffington Post —
You were very much part of our lives in 2012, but we didn’t see you much in 2013. I think people miss you.
Hathaway: My impression is that people needed a break from me [laughs].”
Not sure what she means. When I do a search of the words “Anne Hathaway hate” all I get are these headlines…
“Do We Really Hate Anne Hathaway?”
“Why Do Women Hate Anne Hathaway (But Love Jennifer Lawrence?”
“Anne Hathaway Gives ‘Hathahaters’ More Reasons to Dislike Her”
“Why Do So Many People Hate Anne Hathaway?”
“Why you love to hate Anne Hathaway”
“The Anne Hathaway Hatred Is Out of Control”
“Why is Anne Hathaway the most hated star in Hollywood?”
Oh yeah, now I get it.
You know what she needs to do to get back in everyone’s good graces? More wardrobe malfunctions. Always a winner.
