Four: TMZ reports that Bieber was also arrested for resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired license. The resisting arrest charge was because Bieber refused to take his hands out of his pockets when the cops ordered him to do so.

Five: Bieber had a passenger in his car who is reportedly a model. UPDATE: Hollywood Life says it was Chantel Jeffries, DeSean Jackson’s ex-girlfriend.
