Just when we thought we’d had our fill of Pippa Middleton she goes and does something… completely awesome. Pippa Middleton, who writes a guest blog for The Spectator, discussed Wimbledon in her most recent column and in it the subject turned to alcohol.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a Pimm’s or three when I’m watching a game. Only pints will do, frankly, since half the glass is ice anyway. […] I try to smuggle mine under my chair and sip it when the cameras aren’t on me. Oversized sunglasses help the disguise, and mean I can nod off unnoticed after one too many Pimm’s in the sun.
So she likes tennis and a Pimm’s or three (do you really think she stops at three?) when watching the matches? Dammit. Now I like her again.
