Check me on this, but isn’t Sandra Bullock about to turn 50? So exactly which Decade of Hotness are we talking about here? I mean, sure, Sandy’s had her day and on many occasions looked pretty good, especially in Gravity, but this is kind of like naming Miley Cyrus the hottest woman in the world and no one would ever stoop to doing something that silly, right?
Sandra doesn’t really even seem like the type of person that would want an award like this. She’s not really the whole sex bomb look-at-me type, but that’s what’s happening at this year’s 2014 Spike TV Guys Choice Awards.

“We’ve been courting Sandra so long for this award that she was eventually going to say yes or take out a restraining order,” Casey Patterson, Executive Producer and Executive Vice President, Event Production & Talent Development, Viacom Entertainment Group, said in a release.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be honoring Sandra Bullock with our Decade of Hotness award. She is as ridiculously talented as she is beautiful and our audience adores her.”
Exactly how long have they been courting Sandra? Since 1994, when she was say, 30? Because then this would all make sense. I guess.
