Not very helpful, amirite? So when we actually do get something that doesn’t actively kill brain cells upon reading, like the way in which this Phi Beta Epsilon fraternity man “declared” he was one of their new pledges, we get excited. According to their Facebook post:
Officially a member of the fraternity Phi Beta Epsilon! I am super excited to join such an inspiring group of people along with an amazing pledge class.
For those of you who don’t know, once you get a bid from a fraternity here at MIT, you need to say ‘I Pledge’ to the fraternity you’d like to join at an unexpected time in a creative or unobvious way.
To give you some context about this video, we were all suited up last night for dinner with the PBE alums at the Le Meridien Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
