Body camera footage taken by Alan Ritchson during his confrontation with Tennessee man Ronnie Taylor has been released. Video of Ritchson punching Taylor in the face went viral earlier this week.
Despite the video of Reacher star Alan Ritchson punching Ronnie Taylor, he will not face any charges as investigators found he was acting in self-defense.
Ritchson body camera footage shows him riding his motorcycle down a suburban Tennessee street when Taylor steps out into the middle of the road in front of his bike, causing Ritchson to slam on the brakes and flip over his handlebars.

“The Brentwood Police Department tells TMZ: ‘After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued. Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense. Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges. With the agreement of the District Attorney’s Office, the case is now closed, and no further action will be taken.’”
Ritchson has seemingly known he was in the right all along, as he posted the famed Napoleon quote about not interrupting your enemy when they’re making a mistake after Taylor appeared on TMZ to share his side of the story.
