Angel Reese Shares Intimate Moment With Usher At Concert Despite Diddy Ties

Superstar WNBA rookie Angel Reese got up close and personal with R&B star Usher at a concert over the weekend despite the singer’s ties to disgraced music mogul Diddy.

Reese attended the weekend show at the newly opened Intuit Dome in Los Angeles and sat front row. At one point in the show, Usher began to serenade the Chicago Sky star and even convinced her to sing along with a microphone in her face.

But the moment, as well as Reese’s attendance at the show, came with some controversy. Usher recently deleted several tweets related to time spent with Diddy, before later claiming that his Twitter account was hacked.

In February, a former producer Diddy alleged in a lawsuit that he engaged in sexual intercourse with fellow superstars Usher and Meek Mill. The complaint does not specifically name either superstar, but rather refers to them as “a rapper and R&B singer.”

However, the footnotes specify that the rapper is from Philadelphia and previously dated Nicki Minaj, and that the R&B singer performed at the Superbowl and had a successful Vegas residency.

Neither Usher nor Meek Mill responded to the claims at the time, although Meek Mill did speak out on Monday.

Fans also criticized Reese over the fact that she was at the concert while rival rookie Caitlin Clark was playing in the WNBA playoffs.

“Reese playing singer while CC playing playoffs,” one tweet read.

Reese’s rookie year has not been short on controversy. She exceeded most expectations for her play, but her poor shooting and apparent stat padding raised questions among both fans and fellow players.

It appears that regardless of what the former LSU star does, she’s going to have to deal with being in the spotlight.
