It appears that people on TikTok can’t resist putting Gorilla Glue in their hair.
Last week, Tessica Brown, AKA the “Gorilla Glue Girl’, went viral after she sprayed the product in her hair in place of hair spray and was forced to see a plastic surgeon who was able to remove the glue from her scalp.

For whatever reason, another TiKToker named Avani Reyes decided it was a good idea to put Gorilla Glue in her hair and faced a similar issue as Brown.
Reyes went on to post another video that shows her going to the hospital because her scalp was burning due to the glue.
I’m on my way to the hospital right now, my scalp is burning. I need to go to the hospital so they can remove this Gorilla Glue. I have no idea what to do. I tried washing it, it doesn’t come off.
Reyes has tried to use coconut oil and other products on her hair but has had no success in removing the glue and may need to have a surgical procedure to get it out.
Hopefully, people stop putting Gorilla Glue in their hair after these two incidents.
