There are more than a few college students who’ve had to inform their parents that they’ve been kicked out of school for a fairly humiliating reason. Now, that club includes a former Baylor undergrad who probably regrets his decision to run a social media account that was devoted to bragging about peeing in public places on campus.

People primarily go to college to get an education that’s designed to prepare them for the real world, but institutions of higher learning are inherently designed to provide students with learning experiences that allow them to grow as people.

It’s hard to do that without making some mistakes, and if you can’t look back on your college experience and think, “Man, I did some really stupid stuff,” I’d argue you failed to truly take advantage of the opportunity.

I think it would be foolish to suggest that social media has had a dramatic impact on college students’ propensity to engage in idiotic behavior, but it has made it infinitely easier for them to get in trouble by chronicling their exploits in a quest for some clout.

I can’t tell you what motivated one Baylor student to film himself peeing all over campus, but I can tell you he’s no longer a student there after it came back to bite him.

A serial urinator who filmed himself peeing all over Baylor’s campus is no longer enrolled at the school

The start of the most recent school year coincided with a new trend online after a slew of  TikTok accounts run by someone who dubbed themselves their university’s urinator began posting videos that captured the students behind them peeing in public places on campus.

The movement—which occasionally spawned another account that positioned itself as a detective devoted to tracking down the peeing pranksters—was covered by student newspapers at schools including Ohio State and Colorado State. It also sparked multiple campus police investigations, including one that led to a student at UTSA being hit with a trespassing charge after they were captured simulating a stream with a water bottle.

According to the Baylor Lariat, that was also the route an unidentified student at Baylor opted to take for the majority of the videos that were uploaded to an account that purportedly showed the person behind it relieving themself on a statue of Judge Baylor, in the vicinity of the school’s Bear Habitat, and on the 50-yard line at McLane Stadium (amogn others).

The Baylor University Police Department opened an investigation when the social media account popped up on their radar on September 10th after it was brought to their attention by a student. The spree came to an end after the culprit filmed themselves inside McLane Stadium on September 26th, as they were able to identify the unnamed freshman who admitted to infiltrating the stadium that night.

The student claimed he used a water bottle to fake all of the videos with the exception of the one taken at the Bear Habitat, and police declined to pursue any criminal charges. However, the case was referred to the university’s Student Conduct Administration, and the outlet says the student is no longer enrolled at the school as of this week..
