Is Ben Affleck still trying to win back ex-wife Jennifer Lopez after their divorce was finalized in 2025? If his latest gesture is any indication, it sure seems that way.

The on-again, off-again Hollywood power couple is seemingly off again at the moment, although nobody appears to get a good read on the dynamics of their extremely unique relationship.

At the same time, Affleck has been seen with another one of his famous exes, Jennifer Garner, at a recent event that Lopez also attended.

Affleck and Garner have three teenage children together, while Lopez has a pair of 17-year-old twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony. But both Affleck and Lopez have stated in the past that they have a very harmonious blended family.

Perhaps that’s why Affleck recently gifted Lopez his portion of a $60 million mansion the pair owned together without any dispute.

According to a report from TMZ, the pair modified their property settlement agreement, which shows a “transfer of property among spouses.”

The report states that Lopez now holds control of the entire mansion. But beyond that, Affleck did not charge his ex a single cent for his portion of the property, which they bought for $60.8 million in cash in 2023.

Furthermore, the pair worked to sell the property beginning in July 2024, prior to Lopez filing for divorce, but have received no viable offer to this point.

Because, surprisingly, even in Hollywood, spending over $50M on a house isn’t exactly commonplace.

TMZ states that the initial list price on the home was $68M, which has since dropped to $52M to no avail.

What the report does not state is whether or not Lopez now plans to live in the home with her children after gaining full control. But if she doesn’t, she’s in for quite the windfall when it does eventually sell.
