Brittany Mahomes, the divisive wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, will be featured in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition as a Digital Cover model. Mahomes previously featured in the 2024 issue.
On Thursday, February 5, Sports Illustrated announced that Brittany Mahomes, the outspoken wife of star Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, would be one of the digital cover models for the 2026 Swimsuit Edition.
Mahomes’ spread was shot by was Katherine Goguen at the South Seas resort in Fort Myers, Florida alongside fellow 2026 SI Swimsuit models Christen Goff, Haley Cavinder, Ronika Love, Claire Kittle and Normani.

She previously modeled in the 2024 wimsuit Edition, which was shot by Derek Kettela in San Pedro, Belize alongside Xandra Pohl, Berkleigh Wright, Nina Agdal, Chanel Iman, Lauren Wasser, Kamie Crawford, Yumi Nu, Sixtine, Jas Williams, Jillian Hayes and Alexa Massari.
Brittany and Patrick first began dating in high school and got engaged on September 1, 2020 before getting married in Hawaii on March 12, 2022. The couple share three children, two daughters and a son.
Mahomes is spending his offseason recovering from a season-ending torn ACL and LCL in his left knee during a December 14, 2025, loss to the Chargers. In 14 games this season, Mahomes completed 62.7% of his passes for 3,587 yards, 22 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
