California Governor Gavin Newsom has beef with popular podcaster Joe Rogan.

For the past several years, Rogan has been a vocal critic of Newsom since leaving California for Texas, and is not a fan of the California Governor’s plan to run for President in 2028.

“You can’t ruin a city and then go on to ruin a state and say, ‘Guys, that was just practice. Once I get in as president, I’m gonna fix it all.”’

“Like, everybody’s LEAVING. You have the highest unemployment. You have the highest homelessness. Money’s missing. You killed Hollywood. Like, Hollywood doesn’t exist anymore. It’s literally gone.

An angry Newsom blasted Rogan during an appearance on CNN for not allowing him on the JRE podcast to defend himself.

“He won’t have me on. He’s consistently not having me on. By the way, I’m moving on. I have no interest. Joe Rogan is the Facebook of podcasting.”

“If he has a big audience but he doesn’t have big enough confidence — I didn’t go there — to have me on”

“The unwillingness of a guy like that to even have the common courtesy to attack someone and not have the decency to say, ‘You know what, why don’t you have a chance to come on? Let’s have a civil dialogue’.”

Rogan recently spoke about why he wouldn’t have Newsom on his podcast.

“He’d cook himself, “Just ask him questions … You rattle off all the good things about California … Number one in Fortune 500 companies, number one in higher education. It was all that sh*t before you were there!”

It doesn’t seem like Rogan is interested in having Newsom on anytime soon.
