OCDA is a growing ‘business’ from comedian Calimar White who came up with the brilliant idea to accept anonymous complaints from disgruntled employees then go show up at their places of work and read those complaints to their miserable bosses. Essentially, he’s figured out how to monetize workplace dissatisfaction while also making it funny and his videos are racking up millions of views across Instagram and TikTok.
In a recent interview with RealLyfe Productions, Calimar White explained that “OCDA is an acronym for Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs, and what we do is people go to my website and they file a complaint about their boss of supervisor… We show up to the job and cuss their a—– out.” He’s been around for a while but for whatever reason, the Internet has decided that *now* is the time for him to viral.

A viral post on X took off to the effect of ‘there’s a guy on TikTok/Instagram that shows up at people’s offices and cusses out bosses’ and that piqued my interest so I looked him up. Here is White’s most popular video so far with 8 million views. This really captures the gist of his videos where he shows up and has to be immediately funny on the spot:

He mentions in that interview that I linked to above the difficulty of turning this into comedic videos because it’s not like he can go back into the office and ask them to film it all over again.
