Pop superstar Chappell Roan is back in the news, and yet again it’s over an incident that doesn’t flatter her. This time, it also happens to involve the 11-year-old daughter of soccer superstar Jorginho.
As the story goes, Roan was staying in a hotel in Sao Paulo, Brazil prior to performing at Lollapalooza Brasil on Saturday night.
At the same time, the daughter of the soccer star, who previously played for Premier League clubs Chelsea and Arsenal as well as the Italian national team, and currently plays for Brazilian club Flamengo, was also staying at the hotel.
The 11-year-old girl, who is a big fan of the musician, is technically Jorginho’s stepdaughter and the biological daughter of his wife, Catherine Harding, and star actor Jude Law.
As the soccer star tells it, his daughter walked by the singer’s table to confirm that it was her, smiled, and return to her own table without approaching Roan.

Chappell Roan Allegedly Sicced Security On An 11-Year-Old Fan
“She simply walked past the singer’s table, looked to confirm it was her, smiled, and went back to sit with her mum. She didn’t say anything, didn’t ask for anything,” Jorginho wrote on his Instagram page.
After she returned to her table, Jorginho states that “a large security guard came over to their table while they were still having breakfast and began speaking in an extremely aggressive manner to both my wife and my daughter, saying that she shouldn’t allow my daughter to ‘disrespect’ or ‘harass’ other people.
“Honestly, I don’t know at what point simply walking past a table and looking to see if someone is there can be considered harassment,” he continued, stating that the security guard “even said he would file a complaint against them with the hotel, while my 11-year-old daughter was sitting there in tears.”
Brazilian soccer fans immediately rushed to Chappell Roan’s Instagram page and flooded it with comments attacking her alleged behavior.
Additionally, Rio de Janeiro mayor Eduardo Cavaliere stated that the artist would not be welcome to perform in the city as long as he is in charge.

Perhaps the incident didn’t go exactly the way that the soccer star describes. Or perhaps it did, and Chappell Roan didn’t realize who she was dealing with. But either way, Roan is building up a long list of incidents that suggest she doesn’t appreciate her fans all that much.
