Danity Kane alums Dawn Richard and Aubrey O’Day have shared their reactions to news of Sean Combs, AKA Diddy’ being indicted on Tuesday.

50 Cent, as he always does when it comes to Diddy, made a joke at his expense in his reaction to the news.

Dawn Richard, who recently filed a lawsuit against Diddy and became the eighth woman to accuse Sean Combs of sexual assault, spoke out on his arrest through a statement by her attorney.

“Given Sean Combs’ brutal beating of his girlfriend caught on video and the eight people who have now accused him of abuse in court filings, including my brave client Dawn Richard, this arrest seems long overdue,” attorney Lisa Bloom said in a statement on Tuesday.

“It’s a big, moving day for victims, but an arrest is only the beginning. May justice be delivered to Mr. Combs. We implore other accusers to come forward in solidarity and join us in this fight.”

Aubrey O’Day, much like she and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura did when the music mogul’s homes were raided back in March, was also quick to issue her reaction.

“The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me,” O’Day wrote on social media. “Things are finally changing.”

O’Day has been speaking out for years about the atrocities Sean Combs allegedly subjected her and others to since she began working with him on MTV’s Making the Band – the show that resulted in the creation of the singing group Danity Kane.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent, never one to shy away from a chance to take a shot at Diddy, wrote on social media alongside a photo of himself with Drew Barrymore, “Here I am keeping good company with @DrewBarrymoreTV and I don’t have 1,000 bottles of lube at the house.”

Fitty was referring to the massive amount of lube law enforcement officers found in Combs’ residence that was allegedly used for sex parties called “Freak Offs.”

The New York Post reports that one New York City hotel billed Diddy extra after a couch and sheets were “destroyed and stained.”

“It was like they had a party. The couch had oil stains,” the source told the Post.

Interestingly, 50 Cent predicted this day would come back then when he said in the wake of the raids on Combs’ homes, “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done, they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”
