Sean Combs, AKA Diddy, was hit with five new lawsuits on Tuesday, claiming he violently assaulted all of the alleged victims. The lawsuits were filed by both men and women, including one who claims to have been 17-years-old when she was attacked.

One of the plaintiffs, according to court documents obtained by Page Six and The Wrap, claims he attended an after-party at the home of of Diddy’s associates. It was there that he says Diddy offered to take him on a tour of the home that “came to an end in a bedroom” where five other people were present.

It was in the bedroom, he claims, that he fell in and out of consciousness after having a drink. When he woke up, he claims he was naked and Diddy was trying to sexually assault him and because of the drugs he alleges were in his drink, he couldn’t fight back.

Another plaintiff, a woman from Maryland, claims she too was drugged and forced to perform a sex act on Diddy and “at least six” other men in “a large black SUV limousine” while she was attending a Halloween party in New York City. She claims she was just 18-years-old when the alleged assault, which also followed her consuming a drink, occurred in 2001.

In the third lawsuit, a woman who claims she was 17-years-old when she was given a drink and soon “began to feel lightheaded and disoriented” then was later was assaulted by Diddy while attending the rapper’s Fourth of July all-white party in the Hamptons in 2004. While there, she says she “recognized numerous celebrities in attendance as she walked around the party.”

Following the alleged attack, she says Diddy told her “that she would be in danger if she spoke about what had occurred, stating that he ‘ran New York and would ruin her.”

The fourth alleged victim claimed he was drugged and assaulted, breaking some teeth, in October 2001 by Diddy after being “lured to New York City to meet Defendant Sean Combs for a possible acting role in a music video.” He says Diddy’s bodyguard held down his arms while he the attack occurred, then assaulted him as well. A third “Caucasian man who was sitting on the couch in front of him” also allegedly participated.

The fifth plaintiff, a male, also claims he “began to feel disoriented and began to lose control of his body and to lose consciousness” and was then assaulted by Diddy at the musician’s home in New York City “in or around 2022.”

Also named as defendants in the lawsuits are Daddy’s House Recordings, Combs Enterprises, Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Bad Boys Books Holdings, Bad Boys Records, Bad Boy Entertainment, and Bad Boy Productions.

All of the lawsuits were filed on Tuesday by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee of the Buzbee Law Firm on behalf of the plaintiffs.
