Footage of the moment Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ was arrested and taken into custody by federal authorities in New York City has been made available to watch.
54-year-old Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested by Homeland Security officers in New York City on Tuesday, September 17.
The indictment against Diddy charges the disgraced rapper and producer with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, while his criminal enterprise has been accused of sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice, and more.
He has also been accused of a patten of “decades” of “verbally, emotionally, physically, and sexually” abusing his victims.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges. If found guilty, he faces 15 years to life in prison. On Friday, footage of Diddy being arrested in New York City was published, showing him being approached and apprehended by federal officers.

“For decades, Sean Combs, the defendant, abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct,” the indictment against Diddy states.
“To do so, Combs relied on the employees, resources, and influence of the multifaceted business empire that he led and controlled, creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
A judge has denied Diddy bail. He is currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and has reportedly been placed on suicide watch.
