Sean Combs, AKA Diddy, is now the plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed by over 120 alleged victims, attorney Tony Buzbee announced on Tuesday.
During a press conference held this afternoon in Houston announcing the lawsuit, Tony Buzbee shared numerous stories of alleged drugging and sexual assault of victims who claim Diddy was involved.
At least two dozen of the alleged victims Buzbee spoke about were minors at the time of their assault with one even being just 9-years-old when it happened.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said, adding that he and his legal team have acquired pictures, video, and texts from victims to back up their case.
Buzbee also stated that he has had more than 3,000 people contact his law firm with accusations against Diddy.
He says more lawsuits will be filed on other alleged victims’ behalf over the next 30 days.

He added that while he wasn’t going to name any names other than Sean Combs right now, “but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure damn sure we are right before we do that.”
Buzbee also stated, “These names will shock you.”
At least 12 other individuals have already filed their own lawsuits against Diddy for alleged sexual assault.
Tony Buzbee is the same attorney that represented at least 25 women who accused Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, leading to him missing an entire NFL season.
Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the same prison where convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide and where his sex trafficking confidante Ghislaine Maxwell has been incarcerated.
Diddy has been denied bail twice, but his law team is reportedly in the process of attempting to get him bailed out for a third time.
