Sean “Diddy” Combs is apparently so criminal that even the Mexican cartel is trying to take him to court.

According to reports, a current Colorado inmate who’s a member of the infamous Sinaloa Cartel sued Diddy for allegedly “tarnishing his reputation” in New York City’s criminal underworld.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, was instantly tossed out by Judge Laura Taylor Swain, who stated that Gonzalez not only sustained the injuries while doing criminal activities not protected by the law but that he did not have “an arguable basis either in law or in fact.”

“Alfredo P. Gonzalez, currently incarcerated in Colorado, sought $666,000 in damages, asserting that Combs and his associates had tarnished his reputation in New York’s criminal underworld.”

“According to Gonzalez’s complaint, the trouble began when he refused to assist Combs’ alleged requests to traffic minors for parties.  The plaintiff claimed that after declining these purported offers, he was told his life would be made ‘hell’ due to the ‘power [Combs] has in the streets.'”[via NewsNation]

The idea that Diddy’s alleged crimes are so illicit that even the cartel is taking him to court has prompted a bevy of hilarious responses, with many labeling the disgraced rapper and producer as the most “evil” man alive.

“You are one sinister a– n—- when the cartel is suing you,” says a viral tweet with over 3.5 million views.

“You gotta be one of the most evil n—– alive to have a cartel member come out and say that even a Diddy Party is too much for them,” read another joke on the social media platform.

Even 50 Cent — who is producing a documentary about Diddy titled Diddy Do It? that’s been acquired  by Netflix — reacted to the news in a since-deleted Instagram post, as he shared a picture of the cartel lawsuit headline with the caption “Ok, I have seen it all, WTF is going on here.”

Earlier this summer, Diddy — who had his home raided by the feds in connection to a human trafficking investigation — was hit with a ninth sexual assault lawsuit.
