I’ve never stopped to think about other countries having their own emergency alarm sounds or emergency alerts. Everyone reading this knows the one in the United States, the one that pops up on TV every couple of months and beeps like a fax machine.

Hand on my heart, that stupid sound went off on my TV this morning when I was writing another article. It’s always in the middle of the day on some channel you don’t usually watch. But the one in the United States is unique in its awfulness. There are some countries out there whose emergency alerts go hard.

There’s no reason this TikTok should be good. It has no business being so interesting. But here we are. I’ve watched this like 5x now and had to share it with all you bros out there. Also, be sure to follow @brobible on TikTok if you’re not already!

I’m legitimately surprised by how different the alarm sounds are around the globe. Without ever taking notice of it, I guess I’ve heard some of these before in random war movies. I’d always assumed they were specific to the time period but I guess it has more to do with the country.
