Despite news of the money she’s made on OnlyFans already running through the news cycle, former The Sopranos star Drea de Matteo is still clinging to the renewed interest in her by making appearances on Fox News.

During a recent appearance on Jesse Watters’ Fox News show, de Matteo said she’s “mortified” by Academy Award-winning actor Robert de Niro being a Democrat. In fact, de Matteo isn’t even sure if he really is one, as she claimed he may have been paid to rail against Donald Trump.

“That was a hard intro to watch. I’m sorry. It’s the Italian, man,” the subscription service model said after Watters played her a clip of de Niro protesting against Trump (in New York City, where he was charged with 34 different crimes).

“We’re talking about [Anthony] Fauci, we’re talking about De Niro. I am mortified right now by my people. I don’t understand what we’re doing here…Yes, there are a lot of quiet Trump supporters. I wonder how much these actors got paid to endorse Biden at this point. I am curious. I wonder if De Niro got paid a location fee because he traveled to the courtroom to do that.”

de Matteo went on to say that she’s embarrassed by the Italians in the entertainment business and implied that Hollywood will have her killed for not endorsing Joe Biden.

“I don’t really maneuver inside that industry. I never have,” she said. “First of all, Sopranos, we were the outcast, even though we were critically acclaimed, we still were outcasts. So I’m still an outcast, here I am. They’re going to take me out into the woods and shoot me for not endorsing Biden.”

de Matteo’s comments seem to be a reference to her character’s fate in The Sopranos, in which — SPOILER WARNING FOR THE SOPRANOS — Silvio Dante took her out to the New Jersey woods to shoot and kill her.

de Matteo, who says she does not maneuver in Hollywood anymore, has two films in post-production: the Vince Vaughn comedy Nonnas and the John Travolta comedy That’s Amore!.
