Woman Compliments Another Guest’s Dress On A Cruise Ship. Then It Escalates In An Unexpected Way: ‘I Know A Bliss Cruise When I See One’

A cruise passenger passed a couple in the common area and complimented the woman’s dress. She shares in a now-viral video that the couple invited her to their room, sparking discussion about swinging on cruises.

In a video with over 7.9 million views, TikToker Not Hannah (@traphousehannah) walks away from the main area of the cruise as she recounts the bizarre interaction.

“The crazy thing about being on a cruise is I just complimented this lady’s dress, and her and her husband invited me back to their cabin,” she exclaims.

She suggests in the caption she may take them up on their offer, writing, “Guess where im going.”

Was She Actually On A Swinging Cruise?

Many commenters ask if she was on a swinging cruise, like Bliss Cruise or Temptation Cruises, where couples and singles interested in swinging or polyamory go to hook up with other passengers.

Swinging cruises, sometimes called “lifestyle cruises,” have strict rules for passengers who want to engage in rated R activities on board.

According to Cruise Critic, most lifestyle cruises don’t allow passengers to engage in sexual activities in public areas. Instead, they’re asked to keep their interactions in their own rooms or in designated areas. Plus, the swinging cruises may still have dress codes for meal times, even if nudity is allowed on board in other areas.

The TikToker shares in subsequent videos that she works in the adult entertainment industry, so she may have known what she was getting into. However, some unsuspecting passengers may end up on “spicy”-themed cruises accidentally.

On the r/Cruise subreddit, some members share times they accidentally ended up on specialty cruises.

“I booked a gay cruise…I’m straight. Booked an Elvis cruise without knowing. Also booked jazz fest at sea on the Divina 3 years in a row,” one shared. “All of the above were great cruises.”

Another wrote, “I inadvertently booked myself on a cruise the same week as an Elvis fan club meet up cruise. It left out of Tampa in February of 2016. When I was walking around the check-in terminal, I noticed a person wearing an Elvis tshirt.”

What Do Viewers Think She Should Do?

In the comments, some viewers questioned whether she planned to join the couple and even encouraged her to do so.

One viewer joked, “Sooo did you get a room number?”

“Egh, why not depends on the cruise it might be boring anyway,” another added.

Another viewer even shared the time their parents joined another couple in their room, unaware of their intentions.

“My very religious parents went on a cruise and was talking to this couple who asked if they liked pineapples. My parents said yes and got invited to their room,” they wrote. “After the cruise, my parents called me and asked me what it meant.”
