Haliey Welch, the blonde Tennessee woman known as the “Hawk Tuah Girl” who went viral on social media in late June for detailing her saliva-based sexual skills, has signed a deal with a management company.

According to reports, Hawk Tuah Girl has signed with the management firm Penthouse as she looks to launch official social media channels to capitalize on her viral fame.

“Please don’t wake me. Two weeks ago it was just my Granny and me in itty bitty Belfast, Tennessee. Then I say something silly and now my life has changed. Isn’t God great?! Can’t wait for what’s ahead,” Welch said in a statement.

“The world’s gone crazy for Haliey! I’m glad our team can help guide this rocketship. All the podcasters are right, spend five minutes with her and you’ll see why she is America’s sweetheart,” Penthouse founder Jonnie Foster said in a statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

While appearing on the Plan Bri Uncut podcast, Welch said that she plans to do “a show, a bunch of podcasts, and everything in between.”

In addition to landing with a management company, Welch has also signed with Nashville-based entertainment lawyer Christian Barker of Christian Barker & Co. for representation.

In a statement, Barker claimed that Welch’s friends compare her to being a “female Theo Von.”

“Haliey has risen to fame with her cheeky humor–known to her friends as the female Theo Vonn,” Barker said. “But after getting to know her on a greater level, I think her small-town, grassroots story and how a chance encounter on Broadway took her on this unexpected path to stardom will resonate with millions. We are proud to represent her on this journey.”

Other than her name and her hometown (Belfast, Tennessee), not much is known about Welch, although that’ll certainly change in the coming weeks.

“Hawk Tuah Girl” is a remarkable case study in viral fame, as her life has massively and irreversibly changed after saying just 16 words — “You’ve got to give him that hawk tuah and spit on that thang, you get me?” — to a stranger holding a microphone after a night of drinking.
