Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has overruled the Army’s suspension of a helicopter crew that flew outside of Kid Rock’s Tennessee mansion.

Over the weekend, Kid Rock went viral when he posted a video of a military helicopter flying outside of his home in Nashville.

“This is a level of respect that sh-t for brains Governor of California will never know,” said the rocker on Twitter/X. “God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her.”

The Army immediately launched an investigation into the matter.

“Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations,” the Army said in a statement Monday. “An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements.”

On Tuesday, hours after the helicopter crew was suspended, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth announced that they were unsuspended, and there would be no investigation/
