We all make mistakes in life and it is best to laugh about them or forget about them entirely. Singer Jessie J decided to laugh about a tattoo she got when she was younger that has an unfortunate spelling error.
On Thursday, the 31-year-old Bang Bang singer posted a photo of her in a swimsuit on Instagram. The pic featured her misspelled tattoo that is located high on her hip and is the reason why she wears high-waisted clothing to cover it up. Jessie J captioned her Instagram photo:
Yes my tattoo says… “don’t loose who you are in the blur of the stars”
Yes they are MY lyrics from my song who you are
Yes that I wrote
Yes I spelt the tattoo wrong
Yes I repeat it’s spelt wrong
Yes I got it done in Essex
Yes the tattoo artist didn’t mention it
Yes I was 18
Yes I still don’t know the difference between lose and loose
Yes It’s the reason I wear everything high waisted
And YES I know I have small boobs. Don’t waste your time telling me like I don’t see them everyday
Don’t @ me
K bye

Jessie J said she had no regrets of the misspelled ink since she still doesn’t “know the know the difference between lose and loose.” For Jessie J and those who are not familiar with the English language, here is a quick refresher: “lose” is what the Knicks do and “loose” is what your mom is.
No offense to Jessie J, but saying “the tattoo artist didn’t mention it” is a weak cop-out since it is a tattoo artist and not an English professor. In life you will win and loose, take responsibility and don’t blame it on everyone else.
But it’s good to see that Jessie J has no regrets about her misspelled tattoo… like not even a single letter.
Jessie J, born Jessica Cornish, started dating the 39-year-old Channing Tatum soon after his divorce to Jenna Dewan last April.
