Joe Burrow loves clothes but knew nothing about the fashion industry until he traveled to Paris for his runway debut at Vogue World 2024. His good friend and former LSU teammate, Justin Jefferson, joined him in France to sit front row at Amiri, tour the Hermes atelier and devour some French food. Ja’Marr Chase even made an appearance at a few of their events.

It was quite the week!

Vogue documented their travels in a series of photos from various events throughout the trip. Their ‘fits went crazy the entire time they were overseas.

And some of the quotes are rather funny.

Jewelry too bright I needed the shades.

Jefferson and Burrow were a bit overwhelmed with the chaos.

Out in the streets of Paris with the papz was crazzzy!

Paris Fashion Week took it out of them.

I quickly learned how tiring Paris Fashion Week can be. You are constantly on the go […]

Getting dressed in the car right before the Amiri show. I would always see people on TV and on social media having to do this and thought it was crazy. Now I realize between traffic and close show times, it’s just something you have to do sometimes.

Of course, the highlight of the trip was the Vogue World show. Burrow believes that the crossover between fashion and sport will continue to grow. He jumped at the chance to do something different.

I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and grow as a person, [and] I think walking in the show is a great way to do that.

This year’s Vogue show was largely rooted in athletics. The iconic brand paired athletes from different sports with a specific decade of French fashion, dating back to the 1920s.

Burrow wore a backless black suit with satin lapels. It was designed by Peter Do. He did not wear a shirt!

Jefferson wore similar. His suit had a back. He also did not wear a shirt.

They walked side-by-side at first.

Jefferson and Burrow split off from each other shortly before the runway. The man they call ‘Joe Cool’ certainly lived up to his nickname.

NFL training camps will get underway in late July so there was plenty of time for Justin Jefferson and Joe Burrow to explore the City of Lights. Now that we have seen the Cincinnati quarterback’s drip, and he has a better understanding of the industry, the pressure is on for his pregame outfits!
