Lauren Pisciotta, a former adult content model who worked as an assistant for Kanye West, has amended her lawsuit against disgraced rapper Kanye West to include allegations of assault, battery, stalking, trafficking, false imprisonment and more. Pisciotta originally sued West in June 2024.

Pisciotta began working with Kanye West in July 2021 through his fashion business and worked on three songs on his Donda album with him. The next year, Pisciotta claims that West offered to pay her $1 million per year if she deleted her successful adult content subscription account because he wanted her to be “God like.”

She was eventually hired as his “Chief of Staff” with a salary of $4 million pet year before being fired in 2022. In June 2024, Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against West in Los Angeles County alleging multiple instances of sexual harassment. Pisciotta’s latest amendment has further escalated those claims.

In the latest update to her lawsuit, Pisciotta has accused West of assault, battery, stalking, trafficking, false imprisonment and more, according to TMZ.

“Pisciotta says during a business trip, they were staying at a hotel in San Francisco, where they were breaking ground on Ye’s new Donda school, and Kanye started making unwanted advances. Pisciotta says she tried to rebuff Kanye, but he kissed her on the mouth and asked questions about what her v—– was like,” TMZ reports.

“She says she again tried to fend him off … but it was to no avail, claiming things took a dark turn at a writing session for a new album in his hotel suite. Pisciotta says Kanye m——— and touched her v—– before falling asleep mid-sentence as he was talking to her,” the report continues.

“Kanye then allegedly showed up at Pisciotta’s hotel room and demanded she let him use her shower before pushing his way through the door. Pisciotta says Kanye shoved her onto the bed, pinned her down and forced his p—- into her mouth. She says she begged and pleaded for Ye to stop and froze in shock and fear. She says Ye eventually stopped, apologized to her and walked out of the room.”

Back in October 2024, Pisciotta amended her lawsuit to include an allegation that she and her former artist management client were drugged and assaulted by West at a studio session hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was just controversially acquitted on charges of trafficking despite seemingly overwhelming evidence of the contrary.

Pisciotta’s June 2025 amendment has now furthered those ties to Diddy’s pattern of behavior, alleging that West trafficked her as he would after her as a “sexual gift” to someone in exchange for having sex with their partner in return, adding that West “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men.”
