Las Vegas resorts are desperate to attract tourists. Over the past year, Las Vegas has experienced a significant decline in tourism. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, tourism in Sin City has dropped by 6 percent since last year.

“The Las Vegas Strip also saw fewer visitors, with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) reporting just over 3.3 million people visited last month — a 5.1% drop year-over-year. So far in 2025, overall visitation is down more than 6%.”

Resorts World in Las Vegas is attempting to attract tourists by completely removing resort fees, which typically cost between $ 40 and $ 60, for the remainder of the Summer.

“First, we ditched parking fees. Now, we’re taking it a step further.”

“To show our appreciation, Resorts World is waiving resort fees through September 11—because your summer getaway should feel like one from start to finish.”

“✨ No resort fees. Complimentary parking. All for you.”

The Internet immediately praised Resorts World over their new initiative to ditch resort fees.
