A lawyer representing a woman suing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs claims that there is a “high profile individual” on one of the alleged “Freak Off” tapes he recorded.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney who is representing a woman alleging that Diddy sexually assaulted her in 2018, claims that she’s seen one of the tapes — after being contacted by someone wanting her to represent them — and that there is a “high-profile” individual on one of them.

Diddy was arrested in New York City on September 16 by federal authorities on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around…but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNationdescribing the person in the video as “high-profile.”

“I can tell the video was pornographic in nature.… This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”

Federal authorities have acccused Diddy of engaing in “decades” of “abusing, threatening, and coerceing women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

If convicted, Diddy, who pled not guilty and is currently awaiting trial at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, faces a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison.
