A “distinguished” cosmetic surgeon has revealed his list of the most beautiful women in the world, and he has declared that Bella Hadid has a near-perfect face.
The U.K.-based cosmetic surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva used “science” to determine who is the most beautiful woman in the world. The good doctor utilized the classic Greek “Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi,” a technique used by Renaissance artists and architects to create masterpieces that were perfectly proportioned. The Golden Ratio is a mathematical ratio of 1.618:1, the number 1.618 is called Phi.
Cosmetic surgeons use the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi to sculpt faces to perfect or as flawless as possible. Dr. Silva used the ratio to judge top female celebrities and determine who is the most beautiful. According to Silva’s mathematic computations, Bella Hadid is the most beautiful woman in the world.
“(Hadid) had the highest overall reading for her chin which, with a score of 99.7%, is only .3% away from being the perfect shape,” said Dr. Silva, who heads the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in London.
Bella scored high grades for eye position (97.7%), lip width (95.8%), and lips (94.1%). But the 23-year-old supermodel received “lower” scores on her eyebrows (89.0%) and brow area (88.0%).
Beyonce was named the second-most beautiful woman on the list, followed by Amber Heard, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift.
Bella’s sister, Gigi Hadid, did not make the list. Ouch.
