Get ready for an M. Night Shyamalan twist in the text conversation below. This comes from a video showing a series of text messages where a guy named Tony texts a number he found in his girlfriend’s phone to stop messaging Tony’s new girlfriend. It then blows up in Tony’s face.
To be clear, Tony comes off as super insecure here and also a bit of a nincompoop if he was unable to discern what was actually going on between his new girlfriend and the other guy before he went to the extravagant lengths of messaging the guy and telling him to back off. Had he just done a little digging it all would have been apparent but instead Tony came off looking like a dotard spending his first day online.
These text messages wer compiled into a TikTok video below that breaks down the back and forth. I can explain below as well for anyone would rather read than watch but the video’s great and be sure to stay for the twist ending:

It was only a few back-and-forth messages into this exchange before it dawned on me who this guy was. ‘The other guy’ being related to her should have been obvious all along.
What I didn’t see coming, however, was the little brother dragging it out to the point of blackmailing the new boyfriend ‘Tony’ into paying him a thousand dollars. Which, evidently, never happened so the little brother went ahead and leaked screenshots of the text exchange on the Internet.
All that aside, the fact that Tony would get this person’s phone number out of his girlfriend’s phone and text him to stop liking his new girlfriend’s pics is a massive red flag. This is insecurity on a level I’m not sure I’ve ever seen from a guy before.
