The first images of Nissan’s new Armada Mountain Patrol were revealed this week. The overland truck looks rugged and perfect for camping, but it is still only a concept right now. But that’s not stopping Nissan from asking people what features they would want in the go-anywhere off-road vehicle.

Nissan gave some hints as to what the new Armada Mountain Patrol would include wider fenders, steel bumper, lifted suspension, off-road wheels and tires, a spare tire, front and rear winches, traction mats, rock rails, fuel canisters, an exhaust snorkel, a light bar, auxiliary lights, and a roof-mounted tent. This thing is ready to go on an adventure. Nissan did not provide any performance specs.

“If you are building an overlanding rig, the Nissan Armada is a great place to start with its impressive off-road capabilities, great on-road comfort and its suite of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies,” said Nissan marketing manager Brandon White. “With help from Nissan Truck enthusiasts, the Armada Mountain Patrol will take that rugged foundation and transform into the ultimate overlanding vehicle – equipped with the latest in overlanding tech, camping comforts and tools needed to take on any adventure.”

Nissan is asking their fans to decide the best features for the truck including the tires, tent, and vinyl wrap. Through May 10th, you can vote on the Nissan’s Facebook or Instagram. Nissan will officially unveil the Armada Mountain Patrol at the upcoming 2018 Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, Arizona, which goes from May 18th to the 20th.
