Like most kids who grew up watching Nickelodeon in the 1990s, there weren’t many things I wanted more in life than to get the chance to take part in the legendary “Super Toy Run,” the juvenile equivalent of the final round in Supermarket Sweep where a few lucky contestants were given the opportunity to roam the aisles of a Toys “R” Us for five minutes and pack shopping carts with as much stuff as possible.

I sadly never got the chance to live out that childhood dream, but with that said, I think I was able to derive almost as much pleasure out of a video that allowed me to live vicariously through some dogs who were recently given a similar opportunity.

Last year, Dogs Trust Ireland—a charity dedicated to rescuing and finding new homes for canines—debuted what is now my favorite Christmas tradition in the form of “Santa Paws Day,” which involves letting dogs at its facility in Dublin run through a room filled with donated toys to pick out the one they want.

On Tuesday, the foundation released a video of this year’s bonanza, and if watching it doesn’t make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, then I’d like to express my condolences for your inability to feel human emotions.

You love to see it.
