These Craven Monsters Have Already Made A Movie About COVID Lasting Until 2024

Hollywood, man, the balls on these guys. At least let buy society some dinner before you profiteer off of its downfall. Is this movie going to be for free or what? As the great Eric Cartman once said, I at least like to be wined and dined before I’m fucked. God damn.

So, yeah, to the surprise of no one, Hollywood did its Hollywood thing and now there’s the existence of a movie called Songbird, which is set in the year 2024 and takes place in a dystopian reality where we’re still under COVID-enforced lockdowns.

Starring Riverdale lead actor KJ Apa, Songbird “is set in 2024, where COVID-23 has mutated (the mortality rate is over 50 percent and the virus kills at an accelerated rate) to the point that the world is in its fourth year of lockdown, and infected Americans are forced from their homes and into quarantine camps,” according to Entertainment Weekly. In addition to Apa, Songbird also stars Bradley Whitford, Paul Walter Hauser, Craig Robinson, Peter Stormare, Alexandra Daddario, and, wait for it… Demi Moore! Yup, she’s still out there!

It should come as no surprise that Michael Bay, the Hollywood King of Douchebaggery (which is really sayin’ something), has his name attached to such a low-brow project.

At this time, Songbird has no release date, but you can bet your ass that when it doesn’t drop, I’ll be the first one to watch it so I can let the masses know how awful it is. It’s the least I can do.
