Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is reacting to the alligator shooting video involving popular streamer Clavicular.
Last week, Clavicular and some friends streamed themselves hanging out in the Florida Everglades. During the stream, Clavicular began shooting what appeared to be a dead alligator to make sure it was still not alive.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission released a statement revealing that it was investigating the matter.
Via FWC
“The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. FWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available.”
On Monday, Uthmeier explained the seriousness of Clavicular’s sitation, and how the streamer could face actually jail time for his actions.
“Our fish and wildlife commission is deeply involved. This looks like a serious offense—at the end of the day, it could land him A LOT of time behind bars.”
