Sydney Sweeney has had herself a busy week, bouncing from movie premieres to promotional stops, from award ceremonies to Los Angeles Dodgers games, making sure she’s seen everywhere and anywhere ahead of the release of her new boxing biopic Christy.
Her post about the Dodgers game went particularly viral on Instagram, as the 27-year-old blonde bombshell opened herself up to a slew of puns and innuendos by sharing a slideshow of her and a friend eating famous “Dodger dogs.” If there’s one thing we know about Sweeney, though, it’s that she *always* knows exactly what she’s doing.
At the time of this writing, the post has over 3,900 comments, which is about double the amount of comments that Sweeney gets on average.
Sweeney was in attendance for Game 4 of the 2025 World Series between the Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays, which the Jays won by a score of 6-2 to even the series at two games each. In Game 5 on Wednesday, the Blue Jays won 6-1, putting them one win away from the World Series title as the series shifts back to Toronto.

“Just a couple of Dodger dogs,” Sweeney captioned the photos, which also featured actress and friend Kaylee McGregor.
Sweeney is out in the spotlight as she attempts to promote her new film Christy, which hits theaters on November 7. Sweeney stars in the film as female boxer Christy Martin alongside Ben Foster, Merritt Weaver, Katy O’Brian, Ethan Embry, Jess Gabor, Chad L. Coleman, and Tony Cavalero.
