The U.S. Army has punished the helicopter crew that flew outside of Kid Rock’s Nashville home.
Over the weekend, Kid Rock went viral when he posted a video of a military helicopter flying low to greet him right outside of his house.
“This is a level of respect that sh-t for brains Governor of California will never know,” said the rocker on Twitter/X. “God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her.”

After receiving backlash, the Army announced it was launching an investigation into the helicopter crew to determine whether they had violated protocol.
“A U.S. official confirmed that this indeed did happen, and the Army is investigating how this happened”
“Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations,” the Army said in a statement Monday. “An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements.”
According to NBC News, the Army has suspended the helicopter crew but has now chosen not to comment publicly on the matter.
