Did This Psychic Predict The Louisville UPS Plane Crash Weeks Ago?

On Nov. 4, 2025, a UPS cargo plane crashed soon after takeoff.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated. At the time of writing, there are 14 confirmed dead as a result of the crash. Investigators currently believe this to be the total number of people killed as a result of this accident.

While many are mourning the losses of friends and loved ones, TikTok user and self-proclaimed “psychic medium” is using this time to claim that he predicted the accident a week prior. Did he?

What Did This Psychic Say About The Accident?

In a clip posted to TikTok recorded in late October, a man named Joseph Tittel (@spiritmanj.t) details a potential plane crash that could occur in the coming weeks.

“Suddenly, I see this plane. It looks like the plane is trying to land or trying to make an emergency land[ing]. But as it’s going through the air. It’s like going sideways, like it’s coming down sideways. It’s very strange. Almost like it’s … trying to go in between buildings or go in between something to avoid it,” he starts.

“And it does take a nosedive. And I do see a large, you know, explosion that happens. This looks like a bigger plane,” he continues. He then notes that it reminds him of the Air India Flight 171 crash from earlier in the year.

He further describes the plane as acting like it’s “trying to land, but it’s, like, going sideways.”

“It’s very strange—almost like someone else is trying to steer it, and then the pilots trying to get it to go straight, and someone’s trying to steer it sideways,” he says.

The text overlaying the video reads, “October 27, 2025. Psychic Predicts UPS Plane Crash?”

So, Did This Psychic Really Predict the UPS Plane Crash?

No.

There are many things wrong with Tittel’s prediction. To start, much of it is meaningless. For example, Tittel claims that the plane in his “vision” appears to be trying to make an emergency landing. This claim is not substantive, as any plane in the process of crashing would likely attempt to make an emergency landing.

His other claims, simply put, don’t match the details of the event. First, he says that the plane was “going sideways” when it crashed as though it was trying to avoid buildings. Second, he said it was “taking a nose dive,” which seemingly contradicts his earlier claim that it was trying to make an emergency landing. Finally, he says that the pilot of the plane was trying to “get it to go straight” but that someone was preventing that from happening, implying that this was either a hijacking or a pilot or co-pilot attempting to wrestle control from the other. This also appears to contradict his claim that the plane was trying to make an emergency landing.

Regardless, video captured of the UPS crash shows that none of that happened. Video of the crash shows that the plane was flying straight and did not nosedive. Investigators do believe that the pilots were attempting to control the plane until the end, but they likely had little control at the time of impact. The plane did eventually go “sideways,” but not until it reached the ground, contradicting Tittel’s claim that it would “[come] down sideways.” Finally, while the true cause of the accident is not yet known, investigators say there’s evidence of one of the engines coming detached from the wing during takeoff.

What Was This Prediction Based Upon?

Given the government shutdown and countless news stories about airport issues, it should not come as a surprise that one might make predictions about the decaying state of air travel. In short, speculating that there could be airplane-related issues in the coming weeks only requires one to read the news, not be a psychic.

Second, the full video from which this clip was taken contains many other predictions that have not come to pass. For example, Tittel predicted a major accident at a “hot air balloon show” that “affects three balloons.”

There are also alien-related predictions. The video contains the claim that SI Atlas (“3i Atlas”) is not a comet or rock but a massive alien spaceship controlled by higher intelligence. In reality, there is consensus that 3I/Atlas is a normal comet.

In summary, no one, neither Tittel nor anyone else, predicted the UPS plane crash. Investigators are currently looking into its true causes.
