Vin Diesel presented at the Golden Globe awards on Sunday night and made quite the entrance. When the Fast & Furious star walked on stage to present the award for Best Blockbuster Achievement (given to Wicked: Part One), he made a sly joke at The Rock’s expense.
Given the reported beef between The Rock and Vin Diesel in the past, the Guardians of the Galaxy voice actor decided to draw attention to that fact by sauntering on stage and greeting Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson directly.
“Hey, Dwayne,” Diesel said with a grin as he took up his position at the microphone to present the award, creating a moment that instantly went viral on social media.

With The Rock’s character of Luke Hobbs appearing at the tail end of Fast X and set to appear in the upcoming sequel, it would appear that the two have patched up their relationship, at least to the extent that they can be cordial and crack jokes in public.
Set to release in 2026, the next Fast & Furious film will be the 11th in the franchise, with Diesel confirming that the movie will be the final installment in the main series. There have also been reports about a spinoff featuring Johnson and Jason Momoa, who made his debut in Fast X.
