Alleged inside sources have claimed that actress Sydney Sweeney is reportedly considering a “music career,” which is something that apparently “ruffles the feathers” of Hollywood veteran Jennifer Lopez.
According to a report from the National Enquirer, certain women in Hollywood are turning against the Euphoria and Anyone But You star, and that she’s getting a “ridiculous amount of hate right now, and some of it’s coming from major names.”
One of those major names is seemingly Jennifer Lopez, who the source says has “ruffled feathers” because of Sweeney’s apparent desire to explore a music career.

“Sydney’s getting a ridiculous amount of hate right now and some of it’s coming from major names. However, she’s not about to give anyone the satisfaction of seeing her rattled,” a source told the National Enquirer.
“It’s no secret Kim Kardashian sees green around her, which does bother Sydney because she has no intention of bringing that out in other women. But she’s driven [and] if people want to hate on her because she’s doing well, so be it.”
One of the stranger passages mentions that Sweeney might be contemplating a music career, which is a notion that has reportedly “ruffled the feathers” of pop star and actress Jennifer Lopez.
“She totally loves her and grew up listening to her music, so she’s pretty much blown away that she’d be seeing her as any sort of competition. It just proves to her that she’s on the right path and she’s not taking her foot off the break.”
Following the bomb of her latest film Americana, which earned just $500,000 in its debut weekend at over 1,100 theaters nationwide, Sweeney will next be seen starring in Ron Howard’s Eden alongside Ana de Armas, Vanessa Kirby, Jude Law and Daniel Bruhl in Ron Howard’s Eden, which releases on August 22.
