Bro Proves That Comcast Is THE WORST, Gets Put on Hold for Three Hours

I think we all can agree that cable companies are evil entities with all sorts of malicious tricks up their sleeve to keep their customers from ever truly being happy. And a Internet + premium cable bundle isn’t getting any cheaper, either. YouTuber Aaron Spain had quite the experience while trying to cancel his Comcast service lately; He was put on hold for three hours, until the entire call center “closed,” which I didn’t even know what actually possible:

I was trying to cancel service. I was transferred to the “retention” department at 7:17pm. I’m uploading this video at 10:19pm.

All we can hope is that someday some other big company like Google gobbles up all the sports TV rights so society can cut the wire from big cable once and for all. I dream of living in a world where Bravo simply doesn’t exist on my television.
