Newsflash: Taylor Swift is no longer a country artist. She moved to NYC, ditching Nashville and the neon-lit bars of Broadway for the real deal in Manhattan, complete with a $20-million penthouse in Tribeca. At tonight’s CMA Awards, which Taylor Swift is not attending (she’s in Japan promoting 1989), country royalty Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley made fun of Taylor’s move from Nashvegas.
New York’s gain is Nashville’s loss. Now if she can only figure out what a damn bodega is.
