After decades of trying and failing Leonardo DiCaprio FINALLY brought home his first Oscar on Sunday Night for his role in The Revenant.
Naturally what with social media going berserk over the Oscars one subtle little thing happened while he accepted his award and sent the Internet on a conspiracy frenzy.
You may notice in the photo above that DiCaprio either accidentally, or in the opinions of others, very conveniently used his middle finger to hold the winning envelope in turn flipping off the entire crowd in attendance.
So was it on purpose or just happenstance? Twitter, of course, had to weigh in… a lot.

If I was Leo I would just give everyone the middle finger and walk off kissing the Oscar

Looks like he kind of did, right? Can’t really say that I blame him either if it’s true.
What do you think?
