If you really think about it, Kramer was a neighbor from hell.
He was constantly barging in on Jerry, wrecked his car, screwed up more than a few relationships, got his placed robbed, he ruined his friendship with Keith Hernandez, he constantly hangs out with and brings Newman around and above all else the guy has take a TON of food from Jerry.
