The X-Men franchise is perfect as it is, but what if — rather than explosions and flashy CGI — director Wes Anderson made it a little bit more like Rushmoore and The Royal Tenenbaums? It becomes a movie about a school of mutant superheroes who listen to The Kinks all day and discuss their fate as outsiders, which is territory Anderson thrives in.
The only thing this video is missing is a Bill Murray appearance. Wolverine using his claws to drink beer is as Bro as it gets, too.
