LOLOLOL. Reporting on the aftermath of the Avicii concert back in June, Boston CBS affiliate WBZ had a big screw-up, claiming that “EDM” is street slang for “MDMA” and “Molly.” In their own words:
“…the drug molly, also called MDMA, or EDM…forms of ecstasy…”
No one tell them EDM is a genre of music often compared to disco… K? That way it’s like one big, generational inside joke.
