For some reason, O.T. Genasis club banger “I’m In Love With The CoCo” has been making a appearance on the BroBible office Sonos like four times a day. I’ve heard the song so many times that I usually just tune it out, but it’s a little hard when some MC is screaming about baking soda while you’re trying to bang out a blog post in peace. That stupid song and its silly lyrics that are no-so-subtly about flowing fat stacks (and rails) of cocaine are everywhere right now.
Of all people, Ed Sheeran — a.k.a. 24-Year-Old- Chuckie from Rugrats IRL — is a big fan of the song. He did an acoustic version of the record on BBC Radio 1Xtra and, as much as I hate to say it, it’s arguably better than the original.
