Another weekend passed, another step closer to the College Football Playoff. It feels like an eternity ago, but it’s crazy to think that Arch Manning and the Longhorns in Week 1 were the only opponents to even come close to knocking Ohio State off the top of the mound, and it wasn’t particularly competitive. We are witnessing a juggernaut.
After this weekend, only three teams at the top remain undefeated: OSU, Indiana, and A&M. And boy, did Penn State (of all teams) give the Hoosiers a scare. It’s really starting to feel like the contenders are settling into place for conference championship/bowl season.
In honor of the 2025 college football season, we’re going to have updated rankings every week tracking the top 5 teams in the country. It’s a great opportunity to grab the jersey of your alma mater as they ascend to the top of the list. If your team doesn’t pop up on our weekly list, don’t fret: you can still find their apparel at Nike and adidas all season long.
